One of our key clients has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and driven sales coordinator to be an integral part in supporting their team.
Your primary responsibility of this role will be to provide sales support to the team and help us to achieve our sales targets through a combination of inbound sales and customer service calls.
Responsibilities of the role:
Provide our customers with outstanding service, face to face, online and over the phone
Respond to sales/customer calls inbound and outbound
Provide support to sales engineers – preparing quotations, enter orders and respond to queries
Liaise with logistics team regarding deliveries
Orders office business supplies and stationery
Run through backorders for customers to release stock
Reference checks for customers wanting to open an account
Follow up overdue payments with our key customers who hold accounts
Project sheet entry and tracking / updates on CRM when required
To be successful in this role you will have:
Highly experienced in customer service and sales
High level communication skills as well as the ability to maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally.
Excellent multi-tasking skills
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Good verbal and written skills.
Good understanding of Microsoft Applications.
