The Regional Human Resources Manager reports through to the Regional Director Australasia, and is responsible for leading the Human Resources function across Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea. This position will focus and deliver on people strategy and programs that support the organisation in meeting its overall business objectives. The role will also provide oversight and support to our regional Asian business.
This is a senior leadership role and will require the successful candidate to have extensive, high level experience as an HR generalist across the realm of the HR function. We need someone who is capable of shaping and implementing effective strategies and systems, appropriate for the requirements of the Company, and that will set best practice standards to support a service delivery model at a Tier 1 service provider level.
