Clinical Nurse Educator | Full Time Contract | Flexible Working

An exciting full time, 6-month opportunity is available within the energetic Learning and Development team for a Clinical Nurse Educator to design and deliver quality clinical education programs. With a workforce of over 1,500 people, there is the potential for future opportunities at the completion of the 6-month contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the design and development of best practice clinical education in line with the clinical indicators and organisational objectives and requirements
  • Ensure all courses and programmes are compliant with relevant legislation, regulation, nursing scope of practice and organisational procedures and objectives
  • Consult with key stakeholders to design and develop quality learning resources
  • Track and report on training delivered

Requirements:

  • Willingness to uphold the Signature Behaviours of Bethanie
  • Established clinical practitioner
  • Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Passion for and experience in  delivering clinical education
  • Ability to plan, deliver and evaluate  education / coaching programs 
  • Commitment to person-centred care
  • Demonstrated workload and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • Proficient with suite of Microsoft software
  • Current drivers licence
