The opportunity

Silver Chain is currently seeking experienced and driven Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Osborne Park on a full-time basis.

We are looking for applicants who can commit to one of the following shift bands;

Shifts are provided within the following brackets and you should nominate which bracket is preferred.  

  • Shift 1: 6am – 4pm, 5 shifts per week on any of the 7 days
  • Shift 2: 8am – 6pm, 5 shifts per week on any of the 7 days

We operate Monday to Sunday, and you can be rostered across any of these days.  You will be rostered for 5 shifts per week.

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $29.43p/h with four (4) weeks of annual leave.

Key responsibilities

In this position, you will act as a first point of contact and are crucial to ensuring all Silver Chain clients, external stakeholders and internal staff receive an outstanding service experience with every interaction.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to; effectively managing and responding to telephone and online enquiries, compliance with Quality Guidelines in the provision of all service interactions, proactively provide solutions to client queries and escalating where appropriate and adhering to times/activities as per published rosters.

About you

The ideal candidate is passionate, has great attention to detail and can demonstrate well-developed communication skills (written and verbal). You will be able to handle a diverse workload in a dynamic environment. You will also be fully proficient in using computers, capable of navigating multiple applications.  Applications with previous experience in a similar environment will be highly regarded.

Under the Aged Care act 1997, successful candidates will be required to provide a valid and satisfactory National Police Clearance prior to commencement.
