Technical Officer- Wastewater

Processes (Subiaco)

  • $101,754 plus superannuation.

  • Fixed term contract until 28 Aug 2020

  • Located at Subiaco WWTP

About the role:

The successful applicant will

provide information and advice and monitor and optimise the operational performance of the Subiaco WWTP.

What the role will offer:

  • Manage engineering investigations into wastewater processes, water quality and operational issues and implement enhancements

  • Provide technical advice and support for the wastewater treatment plant

  • Prepare technical reports on the performance of the plant and regulatory reporting

  • Assist the Senior Technical Advisor with data collection, verification and performance reporting.

  • Assist the Senior Technical Advisor to ensure continuous improvement and optimisation of treatment processes and systems

  • Conduct environmental audits

Key skills and experience:

  • Degree level qualification in Engineering, Applied Science or related discipline and considerable experience in an engineering operational environment.

  • Experience with wastewater treatment and or water treatment processes.

  • Driving Licence (Class C)
