Approval to teach secondary library or currently undertaking or enrolled in Teacher Librarian qualifications approved by the NSW Department of Education. The position may have a teaching load.
Proven ability to manage staff, library procedures and resources, including e-resources, to support middle schooling and maintain high expectations.
Proven ability to lead the library as a hub of innovation, wellbeing and future focused learning for both students and staff, to support authentic teaching and learning outcomes for all.
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills to develop strong learning relationships and work collaboratively with students, staff and parents and positively contribute to school programs and the school plan.
