The Facilities Operations Coordinator will support the Senior Operations Manager in ensuring the 40+ assets are maintained, compliant and fit for purpose for their tenants. You will be coordinating or responsible for
This is a strongly administrative role with potential for site visits. You will be exposed to new property developments and how Facilities and Operations can influence the process.
We are looking for you to have experience in the Facilities Managment industry. Advanced IT capabilities and experienced in dealing with tenants and trades, organising maintenance and documenting in a work order system is expected. Technical Help Desk experience will be highly regarded and this role would be the next step in your career.
Based in the Southern City Fringe of Melbourne, in a dynamic and fast-paced office, your team attitude will allow you to merge seamlessly with the FM and Property people.
