Your new company
Client is multi-disciplinary property business currently managing mid-sized mixed use property portfolio. As result of member of staff being on extended leave, they are looking to engage the services of a suitably qualified Facilities professional to work as maintenance planner / scheduler across the portfolio.

Your new role
Client is currently managing geographically diverse property portfolio. Properties are mostly retail and small to mid-sized commercial properties. They manage the portfolio centrally out of Brisbane CBD and are looking to engage the services of an experienced facilities professional to manage the maintenance and small works requirements across the portfolio. Very basically, allocating jobs and managing works to completion via list of approved suppliers

What you'll need to succeed
Candidates need to be experienced facilities professionals ideally with experience of similar role managing large number of smaller value maintenance and minor works projects across property portfolio. Candidates must marry that experience with strong focus on customer service to property tenants and good administrative skills to make sure projects are managed to right time frames and to budgets. Including closing them off appropriately to ensure payments to sub contractors are completed in timely manner.

Client offering an interesting, challenging and fast paced role based in Brisbane CBD. They are offering immediate start and initial 3 month contract with possibility to extend. Role is supporting a Facilities Manager to would anticipate hourly rates in region of 30..00 - 35.00 ph plus super depending on experience with some flexibility for outstanding candidates.
