This is your opportunity to be part of a well regarded and iconic venue in Melbourne, with a great team of hospitality professionals. We have two kitchens; serious dining in one, and more fun and fast in the other. We need a couple of chefs to join the team in both.
If you are looking for an opportunity in a seriously good kitchen, and you have been working in good kitchens, our Chef Brigade has a great core and we are looking for a couple of talented people to join the team. 
Pure South is based on an unwavering 'produce driven' ethos. The produce is exceptional, managed by relationships with artisan farmers, fishermen and primary producers, all from Tasmania including Flinders Island & King Island. Much of the produce is delivered directly from the farm or fishermen.  
We are looking for chefs who want to be proud of their cooking and the restaurant they work in. Someone who can add to the team with their efforts and talent. The current kitchen team is very solid and enjoying a very healthy work environment.

Relevant Experience in excellent kitchens
