With a primary responsibility to help others succeed, this role will require a high level of communication at multiple levels and a performance-based mindset to delivering success outcomes. The successful applicant will support speed to competency and increased performance results through targeted capability plans, facilitation as well as deliver direct coaching as a support mechanism for the leaders you will be working with.

Your skills and experience
The ideal candidate will have direct experience within a contact centre environment with a solid understanding of our banker platforms and processes. Business and home lending experience will be highly valued with proven performance outcomes coupled with demonstrated ability to connect with colleagues particularly from a coaching and consultative manner. Comfort & proficiency in design and facilitating capability solutions will also be required and propel your application.
