Executive Assistant

Are you available immediately and looking for a challenge? This well respected Not-for-Profit who provide high quality living within the aged care and disability space are seeking an EA on a temporary basis for approx. 6-8 weeks until they appoint the role permanently.

As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play an integral role in the organisation, providing exceptional professional and administrative support to the CEO and board.

Your role will cover the following:

  • Manage appointments and diary changes
  • Preparation of board packs and take minutes for board meetings as required
  • Coordinating and preparing meeting schedules and conference for CEO and board
  • Preparation of CEO reports, correspondence and presentations
  • Manage and coordinate events, including venue selection and logistics
  • Book travel, accommodation and provide detailed itineraries 
  • Maintain files and documents
  • Process expense claims  
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide ad hoc project support to CEO and board

We are looking for an EA with 5 years + experience at C-Suite level with experience in board and event management,  it is critical you have exceptional verbal and written skills, be tech savvy and is someone who is proactive and displays a sense of urgency.
