The right person will be experienced and passionate with a strong work ethic and the ability to lead a team to deliver the ultimate customer experience. You’ll be responsible for the team and overall venue operation, backed by the support and experience of the wider industry business.

Tasks and responsibilities:
Developing a positive team culture, consistent with our brand values
Driving & motivating staff to provide an outstanding service experience
Inspiring team members to excel and instilling an appreciation for quality
Providing coaching and direction to the team, alongside training and performance management as required
Managing the venue’s administration, systems and ordering
Rostering the team to provide optimal coverage throughout the day whilst maintaining budgets
Identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve the customer experience
Awareness of OH&S requirements in the workspace
Ensuring that the venue is well maintained
You’ll be perfect for this role if you have:
A passion for specialty coffee and hospitality
At least two years’ experience in a similar management/supervisory role
Astute business acumen, with P&L, COGS, labour costs, wastage, inventory management experience
Strong all-round FOH and barista skills
A passion for creating the ultimate customer experience
Advanced interpersonal, communication, customer service and leadership skills
A current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (desirable)
A current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (desirable)
