Opportunity after opportunity.  Our client who operates two sites in the Hunter Region has reached out to us requesting expressions of interest in Service Department Roles such as Manager or Assistant Service Manager and Service Advisor.

This is the perfect chance to secure either a leading role or one that will throw progression in your direction.  All that and to be living in the beautiful Hunter Region of NSW.

The ideal candidates will posses any/all of the following attributes:

  • Prior automotive dealership experience is required
  • Trade qualified – preferred
  • All brands considered, Toyota an advantage
  • A strong leader, firm but fair, energetic, a team player
  • Time management – efficient, productive worker
  • Customer service skills – clear, precise, informative, a great communicator
  • Experience with the Auto IT DMS or similar
  • Experience with staff – performance, training, mentoring, able to discipline following HR guidelines
  • Business Development – posses the ability to protect clientele but with the drive to explore avenues to generate new business
