HR Coordinator


Our client is an industry leading organisation who are seeking a strong HR Coordinator with strong excel knowledge and a keen interest in the Remuneration space to join their growing HR team. This role is full time and you will be required to work 5 days per week. They have a fantastic office culture and team and this is a truly exciting opportunity to join a great business based in Sydney CBD. This is an ongoing contract initially where you will gain excellent exposure & become part of a collaborative & hard working team!

Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing effective support to the HR team through the provision of reporting, HR administration and coordinating projects. You will get great exposure and experience in the following facets of HR: 

  • Reward and recognition
  • Managing reward inbox
  • HR communications and HR reporting
  • HR projects
  • HR Administration
  • Rem & Ben, Benchmarking
  • Releasing surveys across the business 
  • Team Coordination
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in Human Resources, and have around 1-2 years experience in an HR Administrator role or a Rem role in a commercial environment. You will have demonstrated ability to build effective relationships at all levels internally and externally. You must be keen to learn and have an interest in the Rem space!
