We’re seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join us on an initial 4 contract, augmenting for one of our largest client’s project on-site in the Sydney CBD.

This Technical Business Analyst role will focus on working within the Infrastructure and Security stream of our client. The stream is currently in flight and have a requirement for a Technical Business Analyst to help understand the technical project requirements and relate them into tangible deliverables with a view of assisting the stream in delivering a solution with meets business, technical and security aspects.


Your day at NTT

  • Review assessment documentation to ensure the clients alignment across their infrastructure
  • Review, capture, document and analyse the "as-is" built 
  • Capture and document procedures, policies and processes for all infrastructure usage
  • Engage with stakeholders and raise questions and queries over non-compliant processes


What would make you a good fit for this role?

  • Demonstrated experience with the documentation of "as-is" builds of infrastructure
  • Well versed with business process, application and infrastructure process and usage documentation
  • Knowledge of IRAP requirements would be highly regarded but not essential
  • Comfortable working across all layers of infrastructure cover compute, storage, identity and access, security, applications and data flow
  • Strong communicator and a natural influencer
