The Opportunity

We are looking for an individual with administration/data entry experience to join our team in Sydney as an Assistant Paralegal.

Legal and/or immigration experience is not required, and you should not be discouraged from applying if you have not previously worked in a legal or professional services environment.

In this role, you will get the opportunity to provide frontline visa coordination support to our clients and client facing staff across our Australian and New Zealand offices. This will include drafting and reviewing client correspondence, preparing and reviewing visa applications, coordinating client communications, lodging documents, performing research tasks, emailing, reporting and other general administration tasks as required.
