Sales Contract And Support Administration

It is a very busy role which requires a well organised person with accurate documentation skills to meet the appointments and tasks set by the team you support.  Good communication skills both verbal and written are required.  It is very rewarding working closely in a happy team environment where everyone works together to achieve positive results in a positive environment.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with an engaging team and manager who will give you all the tools you need to succeed in a role that can lead to management of a customer service portfolio with clients engaged in the build process

Duties to include but are not limited to: 

  • Responsibility of co-ordinating tender and contract documents to meet appointment times
  • Accurately setting up all new jobs and client files from salespoint
  • Supporting the Customer Service team in completing day to day tasks as required
  • Working to deadlines with estimators and sales teams to prepare tenders and contracts
  • Preparing and ordering information for all stages of the build process
  • Accurately preparing Tender and Contract documents
  • Relief Reception and overflow when required
  • Other general Administration tasks as required
