You will work with one of Australia’s leading residential aged care providers with a portfolio of approximately 1,000 operating and development places in Victoria and New South Wales.

The Role

  • Full clinical oversight of the home
  • Troubleshoot complex clinical care scenarios and resources, with the support of our roving Clinical Support Team
  • All clinical incident management, and reporting
  • Collaborate with other health network partners (GPs, Specialists, Pharmacists, Hospital stakeholders) to ensure the care of our residents is optimised
  • Staff coaching and provision of ongoing management and leadership to all care team members
  • Work closely with the Facility Manager and leadership team to deliver quality resident care and compliance within the home

Your Experience

  • Experienced Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration
  • An experienced manager or leader of a team (12 + months minimum preferred)
  • Experience in reporting, involving collection, collation and analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer savvy ideally with previous experience using a Care Management System
  • Outstanding customer service ethos with ability to form strong relationships with families, and manage challenging situations
  • Be proactive and energetic in managing your time effectively and a working in a fast paced environment
