Nespresso Australia/New Zealand currently has a vacancy for a Process and Control Analyst. Reporting to the Accounting Operations Manager, this multifaceted role will require support of all departments with design, documentation and implementation of new and/or improvements to existing internal processes and procedures, according to the Nestle and Nespresso HQ guidelines.

Your basic requirements…

  • Coordinating and ensuring accurate and on time internal control reporting
  • The main point of contact for internal controls internally and externally
  • Driving continuous improvement projects on compliance and risk management
  • Be part of a team when new products/functionalities/processes/projects are introduced and require internal control compliance and/or update policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular on-site internal audits in departments and boutiques to guarantee that policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Ensure action plans are implemented by each department

The successful candidate will…

  • Have a minimum of 3 years working with all areas of the business and business systems (Big 4 experience is preferred).
  • Possess strong analytical skills
  • Be a team player
  • Possess knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Occupy a high level of written and oral (English) communication with exceptional attention to detail.
