This organisation are a national company with offices across NSW. In the role of front of house receptionist you will be based at the head office site in Chatswood

Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for the following:

  • Meeting and greet clients and visitors to site
  • Answering the telephone, taking messages and directly calls to the correct contact
  • Organising taxis and couriers
  • Receiving incoming mail and distributing
  • Ensuring reception area and meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy
  • Managing all office supplies and replenishing stock as required

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in the role you will enjoy providing exceptional customer service and have a pro active approach to your work. You will have great communication skills over the telephone, in person and in written format. You will be keen to take on additional tasks as and when required.
