In this role, you will be required to undertake the following duties:

  • Installing and configuring software, printers & mobile devices.
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Providing both local and remote technical support across the company
  • Setting up accounts for new users User account setup and management
  • Logging calls with 3rd party vendors
  • Knowledge retention and transfer between team members via ITKB
  • Rostered After Hours On Call Support
  • Some travel may be required
