We are looking for a Project and Reporting Specialist professional to join ANZ Community Operations - Strategy & Planning. This individual will play a key role in developing a project operations framework, owning the stakeholder management cadence and supporting workforce management initiatives.
From design to data, strategy to development, you need to love to get into the weeds to figure out how to break down barriers, improve our organizational capabilities and build sustainable solutions. You will also be expected to think creatively, identify data trends, suggest improvements and help in the creation of efficient processes.
This individual will work closely with management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, and meeting the objective it was designed for. You will be working with a driven team, employees, stakeholders and management and will often be required to skillfully multitask. We have a small but highly capable and motivated team that drives ANZ CommOps's regional and local strategy, goals and execution.
What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and implement an effective project management framework for all regional CommOps initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement in our operations.
  • Work hand in hand with stakeholders to estimate project work efforts, define milestones and manage resources accordingly.
  • Support stakeholders in identifying obstacles and enabling forward momentum and progress to ensure compliance to deliverable deadlines.
  • Own CommOps external stakeholder cadence, ensuring that the right stakeholders are informed on issues that matter.
  • Support ad-hoc workforce management tasks as required, working regularly with stakeholders across the globe.
What You’ll Need:
  • Business Acumen: Understands direct and inverse relationships between key business metrics and is able to interpret key metrics and financial data.
  • Stakeholder Management: Establishes productive working relationships with immediate working team through trust and reliability
  • Problem Solving: Ability to understand problems, generate solutions and provides multiple solutions and tradeoff analysis to recommend best approach
  • Planning & organisation: Understands project objectives to create detailed short-term plans and timelines for executing assigned tasks
  • Execution Excellence: Produces high quality work on-time that requires limited re-working or corrections and has the ability to stay focused under pressure, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Functional Expertise: Ability to synthesize knowledge and translate them into actionable project plans; and contribute to assets, playbooks, workshops, projects, and/or processes that add to institutional knowledge at the company.
  • Communication: Communicates clear and concise thoughts, both verbally and written, and collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Teamwork: Works independently and asks for help when needed so as to avoid delays.
  • Collaboration & Inclusivity: Appreciates working with people from different cultures and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment.
