Medical Sales Manager

About Our Client and the Role

We are excited to announce that we have partnered with a market-leading Medical Services company, and an exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and dynamic person with Primary Care sales management experience to kick-off this exciting, long term partnership.

In this role, as Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for a team of 6 Primary Care Medical Representatives across NSW, QLD and WA. This is an opportunity to work closely with our client’s management and marketing teams to create and execute robust territory plans to achieve sales and business objectives. You will play a key role in the development and coaching of sales professionals.


  • Lead and coach a team of GP Sales Representatives across NSW, QLD and WA
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and execute business strategies, including territory plans, activity and analysis
  • Achieve defined sales targets and business objectives
  • Select, develop and retain top talent
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of the environment, medical services referral dynamics and competitive market
  • Uphold company values

Skills and Experience

  • Must have current experience as a Primary Care Sales Manager from within the pharmaceutical or medical industry
  • Experience leading a GP Representative team is required
  • Must demonstrate an ability to achieve sales and business objectives along with developing talent
  • Must demonstrate an attitude of collaboration and integrity
  • Ability to travel to support interstate GP Representatives
  • Must demonstrate strong commercial acumen
  • Candidates must have experience working in Australia and full Australian working rights
  • Tertiary qualifications in Science and or business are required.
