YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve the wholesale unit and PAC (Parts, Accessories & Clothing) sales target (in value) for the region, maximizing BRP's business opportunities and contributing to the long-term business success.
  • Identify full market potential and develop dealer network to maximize sales potential and or increase profitability year after year
  • Leverage the BRP Dealer Certification Program to maximize dealer network engagement & profitability
  • Define and Consistently Implement a Personal Development Plan

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Experience working with a distributor & Dealer network
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering results
  • Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience within the Powersport or Motor Vehicle industry is an advantage
  • Strong leadership skills working in a team environment
  • Strong computer skills competent level of Excel mandatory, SAP a plus
