MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

  • Work closely with Key Account Managers (KAM) in the sales team to support the sales of FT Funds within Strategic Accounts and IFA channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships in conjunction with the lead KAM with clients across platform and research functions within these accounts
  • Preparation of presentation materials and competitor analysis to assist the sales process
  • Assist sales team with management of a panel of clients using the CRM to identify prospects, track contact and sales progress
  • Assist with production of sales reporting as requested by management
  • Completion of follow up work related to sales meetings
  • Completion of quantitative and qualitative RFPs
  • Appointment calls and CRM related activities to support the sales team
  • Attend and assist with client events including invitation, RSVPs, logistics etc.
  • Answer incoming client calls and respond to client queries in a timely manner

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years’ sales or service experience in the financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of funds management products and key competitors
  • Working knowledge of business desktop applications (Morningstar, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook).  Experience with CRM applications will be highly regarded.
  • Team player and self-starter with strong work ethic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage time and workload effectively 
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast paced, team environment
