Administration Assistant

IPA are looking for an Experienced Administration Officer for a client in Gladstone.

An immediate start is available for the right candidate.

The successful applicant will be employed directly with IPA on a labour hire basis.

The role offers full time hours, Monday -Friday and will be approximately 3 months in duration pending funding.
Pay rate will be discussed at the interview stages.

You will be required to assist in a variety of tasks including but not limited to:

  • General administration - Data entry, filing, phone/ email correspondence
  • Assisting at front counter/ reception and customer service
  • Work to deadlines, organise and prioritise workload
  • Ensure the confidentiality of all documentation handled
  • General administration support to the team
  • Other administrative duties as requested

Applicants will be able to demonstrate previous administration experience and the ability to work well in a team, in a fast paced environment.

The applicant will need to pass a criminal history check to be successful.
