North West Alliance is a fully incorporated Aboriginal joint venture that operates in the Pilbara Region of Western Australia. The joint venture is 50% owned by Veolia one of the largest environmental companies in the world, with the remaining 50% owned by Our Country, a local Pilbara aboriginal business that focuses on sustainable development.

The vision is to provide a safe and cost effective waste management service to the Pilbara region while also delivering significant social return on investment through local contracting, employment opportunities and community investment and education.

The Role An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Reporting Administrator to join our North West Alliance Reporting team. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Focal point for all reporting queries relating to major waste contracts.
  • Administer all contract reporting required for both contract and internal reporting requirements including weekly, monthly, quarterly, environmental, cost, local content and other ad hoc reports.
  • Provide reports to internal and external stakeholders
  • Generate payment claims as per client specifications
  • Review data from a variety of sources to generate reports
  • Review data for accuracy and quality and report any issues
  • Accurate payment allocation
  • Undertake other duties in accordance with your position as requested.

Qualifications Skills and Experience Required
  • Applicants should have demonstrated experience in a busy reporting and administration environment
  • Be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Have initiative and be able to problem solve
  • Strong computer skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and the G Suite group of programs
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and juggle priorities
