Neurological Physiotherapist


Neuro Alliance is a leading multidisciplinary service with a focus on helping people with a neurological condition. The practice believes in an evidence-based approach and aims to cater for a wide range of neurological conditions.

Due to ongoing demand an opportunity exists for a Physiotherapist to join the team on a full-time basis (part-time basis considered). This community-based position will allow the successful candidate to make a real difference in the quality of people’s lives. This role offers the opportunity to manage your own diverse case load and to develop your own areas of interest in a highly supportive environment.

Key responsibilities in this role:

  • The provision of evidenced based services to clients living with a Neurological Disability;
  • Developing novel and innovative treatment programs for complex clients with supervision as required;
  • Training to support staff and family members to ensure clients receive adequate program intensity;
  • Work within a dynamic team across multiple organisations;
  • Engage in quality ongoing professional development; and 
  • Provide a high level of verbal and written communication to a wide range of stakeholders including medical specialists, general practitioners, families, patients and funding bodies.

Essential criteria:

  • Hold current registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist;
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering evidence-based intervention;
  • Hold a current NSW Driver’s Licence and be able to provide a driving record;
  • Demonstrate proficient verbal and written communication skills;
  • Hold a current NSW Criminal history check or be willing to undergo one; and
  • Possess high level time management and organisational skills.
