We are offering an interesting and challenging opportunity for a Digital Content Writer to join the Service Design Chapter. With guidance from the Digital Content Managers, you will be responsible for delivering compelling and customer-centred content. You will help write content for digital portals, how to guides, tool tips, email communications and be involved in user testing interviews. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of senior internal and external stakeholders across both the Retail and Business divisions and have the ability to influence and shape the direction of our digital offerings.

In this role experience in the financial industry isn’t essential in fact, you would you be tasked with writing the digital content so it is clear and logical to all audiences, ensuring it is jargon free.

  • Have completed a university degree in Communications (professional/creative writing or publishing preferred)
  • Have previously worked in a content position or have completed work experience
  • Would be comfortable user testing with customers
