The Role

We are looking for an incredibly enthusiastic, Mandarin speaking property manager to join our quickly expanding team. You must be reliable, and passionate about your career in Real Estate. The role is varied.  It will involve working with a team committed staff members, as well as the day to day management of two brand new residential apartment complexes in Brisbane. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity. You must have the ability to work well within a team, yet have the maturity to work autonomously.


  • Assist in implementing systems and procedures across the sites
  • Complete audits and checks across the two sites
  • Providing a high level of service to landlords and tenants
  • Conducting lease renewals, rent reviews, regular routine and final inspections, represent clients at QCAT hearings
  • Supervising the execution of Tenancy Agreements and associated documents.
  • Managing all aspects associated with Property Management

The ideal candidate

  • At least 2 years experience in Property Management
  • Mandarin speaking  
  • Must have QLD Real Estate certificate or registration
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive "can do" attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fantastic leadership skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Experience with Rest will be an advantage
