Part Time Administration Role

Looking for someone that can be responsible for the efficient management of all front desk reception procedures and the delivery of outstanding customer service at our Calamvale centre.  If you are seeking a role which will challenge and develop your skills as a professional receptionist and wanting to grow in the early childhood setting, we invite you to apply.

The successful applicant will be:

  • immaculately presented

  • experienced and proficient in all aspects of reception management, able to explain the accounts statement.

  • highly organised with sound computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office suite

  • recognised as having strong attention to detail

  • able to interact professionally and effectively with children, visitors and callers with a happy and bright outlook and character

  • able to work harmoniously in a team environment

  • Can speak Mandarin would benefit

  • Hold a Cert 3 in Early Childhood and Care preferable

Minimum Requirements

  • Current Queensland driver's licence; and

  • Able to attain a positive notice Blue Card (note, it is an offence for a disqualified person to sign a Blue Card application).
