What will you be doing?
  • Managing all quality issues and claims from clients following Cosentino procedures.
  • Give quality support to General Managers and customers in any locations
  • Provide with technical trainings to customers on Cosentino products
  • Present the most common Cosentino techniques to internal staff
  • Attend and resolve quality claims and issues
  • Train internal staff in how to action and resolve quality claims
What are we looking for?

Education:

  • Technical Education
  • Engineering desirable or similar

Experience

  • Experience in natural stone and quartz manufacturing

Knowledges

  • Deeply knowledges of products and manufacturing tools

Languages

  • High Level of English
