About the Role

In this challenging yet exciting role, you will be:

  • Managing and maintaining system access and configuration to meet business needs
  • Creating required Kronos functions for any new services
  • Maintaining and developing new system tools and reports
  • Providing Level 2 support including liaison with the application provider and managing upgrades
  • Working across the cloud-based Kronos application

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Kronos application or similar rostering / HR functionality
  • Demonstrated track record in establishing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships
  • Well developed and demonstrated interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication skills
  • Significant administrative skills
  • Advantageous if you have prior health related industry knowledge
