Add at least 5 years sales experience, plus experience managing sales teams - nurturing/identifying ways to develop team members and the ability to adapt your approach for success... and you could be the perfect match!

The role

  • The Corporate Partnerships Team Leader (VIC & SA) will ensure operational success, having responsibility for developing new host company relationships and maintaining existing relationships to generate new roles in Melbourne and Adelaide and other locations as needed.
  • Line manage and drive day-to-day delivery of all Corporate Partnerships (CP) team functions and targets.
  • Co-ordinate and optimise acquisition campaigns with Corporate Partnership Executives (CPEs) which lead to the generation of new host companies through territory planning and activity management.
  • Work closely with marketing to provide input into marketing campaigns and drive team social media activity to support acquisition and awareness efforts.
