Accounts Payable Assistant

The opportunity

We are looking for a new teammate to be part of our three-person team, and the larger Finance team. You will report to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and be exposed to the end-to-end accounts payable process for both Australia and New Zealand.

The role

This is a busy but rewarding role, in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, attention to detail and organisational skills are needed. We need a teammate who will:

  • Monitor the accounts payable inbox and action incoming emails
  • Process supplier invoices into SAP Concur, ensuring accurate information is captured
  • Organise approval of all supplier payments
  • Review supplier statements
  • Review employee cash and credit card expenses in SAP Concur

What you will bring

  • Knowledge of Australian GST, banking and EFT payment practices
  • Diploma or certificate in bookkeeping, or experience working within a busy accounts’ environment
  • A passion for technology, bookkeeping and an eagerness to learn
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
