An exciting opportunity has arisen for motivated casual administrator/s to join our growing talent acquisition team based at our Greenslopes Hospital. If you are a graduate, final year university student or an administrator looking for flexible hours, this role would be perfect for you.

About the role

We are looking for reliable and motivated casual administrators to support our busy Talent Acquisition team. Reporting to the National Talent Acquisition Manager, you will support the Talent Acquisition team by completing a variety of administration support activities.

You can anticipate your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Support in the processing new employee contracts and existing employee contract variations ensuring attention to detail, adhering to relevant enterprise agreement and award conditions where relevant.
  • Scanning electronic files
  • Provide a superior candidate management experience, ensuring a streamlined applicant process and timely follow-up on any outstanding employee related documents to ensure an optimal on-boarding experience.
  • Support the recruitment team in a range of recruitment administration tasks
  • Complete relevant pre-employment checks for prospective employees to ensure governance and compliance.
  • Maintain the e-Recruitment information system.

About You

The skills and experience best suited to this role:

  • Exposure and/or interest in Recruitment - Ideally a final year or newly graduated Business student who is majoring in Human Resource Management or related discipline
  • Experience in the application of computer software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to excel in a work environment which focuses on implementing change and continuous improvement
  • Strong customer service, relationship building and networking skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work to tight deadlines and be able to thrive in a fast paced environment
