About the Role
You will be part of a diverse and efficient team at Midwest Auto Group with the fantastic opportunity to work with 6 busy franchises, being Ford, Honda, Suzuki, Subaru, Hyundai and Nissan.
You will assist in driving our Service Department success. By interacting with customers and supplying them their vehicle servicing needs in a professional and friendly manner.


  • Ensure a professional standard is maintained at all times when dealing with a customer.
  • Comply with Customer Satisfaction Procedures.
  • Maintain customer updated on progress of work being undertaken.
  • Explain all aspects of the work carried out and ensure customer is satisfied with all explanations and information given.
  • Checking and updating customer contacts.
  • Maintain departments booking system as per customer's request.

Skills & Experience

  • Solid Automotive experience is essential.
  • A passion to provide good customer service.
  • Be highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A willingness to learn.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Ability to work in team environment.
  • A current Drivers Licence.
