Fit-out head contractor located in the centre of Sydney with projects in the city and surround areas, typically premium quality fit-outs are seeking an experienced Project Manager. This business has won a number of awards and have an outstanding reputation for their company culture.
Your other duties

  • Manage and deliver projects in line with project documentation, considering quality and safety requirements
  • Control a project on and off site, within time, quality, cost parameters and stakeholder relationships
  • Overall accountable resource for delivery of assigned Built projects

What you'll need to succeed

  • The ideal candidate will possess a relevant degree and a minimum of 5+ years in the Sydney construction market
  • Be able to show longevity in all past employment, and have extensive experience managing key elements such as; profitability, time, quality, HSE, project planning, and industrial relations.
  • You will also need to show impressive leadership skills and be able to mentor and develop fellow team members to achieve their potential.
