About the role
Working with five brokers. You will be responsible for managing, making decisions and supporting broker transactions. Continue to maintain and build strong business relationships with clients, suppliers and financiers.
Assist with new relationships with clients, suppliers and financiers.
Analyse and understand financial information.
Implementing credit applications and submissions.
Preparing and processing documentation.
Account Management tasks.
Work with team to develop & implement ongoing marketing campaigns and other projects (like conferences etc) relating to this role.
Prepare bi-weekly reports of transactions.
Assist with web updates and design input
Manage, assist and oversee "Contract Brokers" in the above tasks.
Manage and supervise staff in their roles assisting & supporting you
Develop and recommend new processes as you see appropriate

Skills and experience
You will have had experience either as a credit analyst or working in a brokerage firm.
Ability to read and understand financial statements.
To be able to consolidate and report on financials statements for multiple entities.
Have a can do attitude and work with a range of people.
Think outside the square.
Work in a team environment that has multiple directions at any one time.
Managing a support team. Knowing when to delegate.
Be familiar with AML and KYC requirements.
Valuing the importance of integrity and confidentiality in business dealings.
