The day to day responsibilities of this role will see you managing conveyancing files from instruction through to settlement including preparing correspondence and documentation; applying for certificates; conducting searches; arranging for release of deposit monies; preparing transfers and statutory declarations; arranging settlements; stamping and lodging documents; liaising with clients, surveyors, solicitors, banks and other related parties.
Due to the busy nature of this role you will be expected to have up-to-date conveyancing experience including a working knowledge of PEXA and be ready to hit the ground running. As this is a client facing role it is expected that you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a professional phone manner. Strong attention to detail, good organisational and administrative abilities are also essential prerequisites for this role.
