National Facilities Manager

This prestigious international education institute is known for their mission of providing quality higher education to those globally. Located in Sydney CBD, this business is seeking an experienced and personable National Facilities Manager to join their cohesive team.

Your New Role

As the National Facilities Manager, you will be reporting into the Director of Facilities. Your role will be to oversee multiple sites across Australia, grow stakeholder relationships and ensure that WHS is front of mind at all times.

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate both reactive and scheduled maintenance for all sites
  • Monitor and direct contractor performance regularly
  • Ensure all IFM provider contracts are well executed and in place
  • Conduct tenancy audits to ensure compliance with WHS policies
  • Implement operational plans to meet company objectives
  • Monitor and manage costs to meet team budgets

About You

This role requires a high level of communication, attention to detail and time management skills as this is a busy and diverse role where no two days are the same. In addition you will have:

  • Facilities Management experience
  • Multi-site management experience
  • Strong focus on Workplace Health and Safety
  • Ability to establish and nurture stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
