Our Client is one of Australia's oldest Mutal Banks, built for members by members. A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Leader to join the Company.

You will need to have proven local experience as a Customer Service Team Leader coupled with a successful track record in ensuring that your team achieve targets and KPI's. Ideally you will hold a current RG 146 certification

You will also have a proven history in the following:
  • Previous contact centre experience in a Team Leader capacity within Financial Services
  • Driving high performance culture 
  • Good attention to detail and exceptional time management skills
  • Policy, process and reporting orientated
  • Driving improvement in customer centric behavior through agent NPS & FCR
This centre operates Monday to Friday 7am - 7pm & Saturday 9am - 3pm. Successful candidates will be required to undertake full security clearance checks including bankruptcy, AML & fraud.
