Located in Newcastle, this is an excellent opportunity to join this leading global organisation on a long term 6-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to expand on their skills whilst working in supportive team environment that offers a fun, flexible working culture.

Your new role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Generating quotes and other documents for the sales team
  • Assisting with customer queries or complaints
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Weekly reporting to other management staff
  • Scanning, filling and database management
  • Data entry and general administration tasks.


What you'll need to succeed

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Strong customer service skills and high attention to detail
  • Previous experience working as a sales administrator
  • You will be a great communicator, incredibly organised and detailed focused
  • Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • The ability to work towards deadlines and have excellent time management skills
  • Experience using Salesforce is preferred but not essential
