About The Role

Role Location: 242 Pitt Street, Sydney, New South Wales

Role Type: Full-time, Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity to lead the Global Markets Client Service function across Australia, Asia, Europe and America. The team provides specialised services to the Markets Premium Clients through relationship management, periodic service review and the use of data and analytics to optimise client experience.

Along sire the global client service remit, the successful candidate will lead the Australia & NZ Front Office Support function. The team provides lifecycle management, funding and liquidity support to the Sales and trading business. 

As the Associate Director you will bring strategic vision to both the regional and global team to ensure alignment with the bank and business unit priorities. 

 
About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Financial Markets
  • Demonstrated understanding of Markets products, Sales and Trading
  • Experience in building and leading highly effective teams
  • Experience in managing global functions and be part of a global team
  • Proven track record in delivering innovative solutions and in driving organisational changes (familiarity with Symphony is highly regarded)
  • Strong focus on outcomes and results
  • Demonstrated awareness and understanding of existing and emerging regulatory industry trends (including Libor Transition, G20 Regulatory Requirements etc)
