Workshop Supervisor - CRC

About the role

WesTrac is seeking an experienced leader with the demonstrated ability to successfully motive and challenge their team.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Workshop Supervisor is responsible for providing supervision to the team. You will ensure safety and quality of work is of the highest standard, whist ensuring effective work order management and store performance to achieve business targets of productivity and compliance to Caterpillar, Customer and WesTrac requirements.

This position will be based at our Tomago facility and will be offered as a permanent full time position, working 50 hours per week, Monday to Friday. 

Skills & Experience

  • Trade certificate with proven post trade experience
  • Demonstrated people management skills
  • Extensive experience in a similar role
  • Intermediate Computer Literacy Skills (including MS Office Suite)
  • Advanced communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
  • Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
  • Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage fluctuating workloads and prioritise accordingly
  • Highly developed attention to detail


  • Previous experience utilising WesTrac and Caterpillar systems
  • Previous experience servicing Caterpillar equipment
  • Completion or attainment towards Certificate IV Frontline Management
