As the Assistant Store Manager in their new Cannington Carousel location, you will be responsible for creating a store atmosphere that aligns with the edgy and energetic persona of the company.
You will live and breathe the sporting apparel and sneakers and have a passion for sporting brands, this will be shown this through your personal style. Your management must be adaptable and supportive as you will support the Store Manager in driving and mentoring a team of 8. You will be managing a busy location so you will come from a retail management background and have experience with delivering an engaging and consulative customer experience. Visual Merchandising will be one of your passions along side managing large levels of stock.
