A professional member based organisation is currently seeking a HR Manager. The company is professional and small in size representing a well established highly regarded reputation on the market.
Your new role
The HR Manager job will manage the full employee life cycle for the business, will be responsible for processing payroll and also managing 4 administration staff. The key areas will be performance management, coaching staff and managers, employee relations and ensuring a high quality of HR advisory support for the business. You will also be conducting remuneration reviews and also play a role in managing the office.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience across a broad range of HR expertise with the ability to process payroll. You will have a professional approach including being a champion of HR best practice and supporting the business. Management of staff experience would be a big preference but isn't essential.
