About the role
Your new role as Customer Service Officer in our Member Maintenance team will see you working as part of the close knit team in our diverse Membership Department.
This exciting role will give you the opportunity to gain exposure to different departments within the business while providing a high standard of service to Ezipay members (Bank Account & Credit Card members).
You will be responsible for all aspects of your client group's membership, taking ownership of the processing and reconciling of payments, processing of membership changes and maintenance of membership records.
