Front Desk Receptionist


Southern Cross Supplies is looking for an energetic person to join our friendly office in Lidcombe as a Receptionist.

The successful applicant must possess the following skills and experience:

1. Excellent customer service skills - enjoy interacting with customers,

2. Good communication skills with professional telephone manners

3. Attention to details and time management skills

4. Self motivated and ability to multi-tasks

5. Computer skills knowledge of Microsoft office and social media

6. Punctual, reliable and willingness to learn.

7. Professional presentation and Positive attitude.

8. Team player.

9. Preferably 1 year experience in similar role

Duties include:

1. Answering and directing telephone calls, taking messages.

2. Service "walk in" customers with cash sales; liaise with warehouse staff

3. Data entry and social media updates

4. Maintain reception area: clean, tidy and presentable: - replacing advertising and reading materials

5. Procurement of stationery

6. Organizing and liaising with courier companies

7. General administrative and office support.

This is a full time position with immediate start, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

Candidate must be able to work with no hours restriction.

No agency or working visa.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $42,000.00 to $45,000.00 /year

Experience:

  • receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
