Administration Assistant

Brookvale Distribution Company requires an Office Administration Assistant for an immediate start. The applicant must possess accounts clerical and admin experience gained in an office environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for -

  • answering inbound telephone calls
  • entering customer orders and handling accounts enquiries and trade applications
  • coordinating deliveries with sales reps, warehouse & logistics
  • processing daily runsheet transactions
  • processing customer receipts & credit card transactions

This opportunity is a Permanent, Part Time role.
